• Contributed to Fidelity’s Enterprise Technology CCaaS by supporting and enhancing Genesys WFM, a vendor app that enables contact center managers to better manage their workforce
• Developed a Java batch application that notifies customer service associates of schedule and time off request updates through Microsoft Teams to improve communication of over 15,000 Fidelity employees
• Built a Microsoft Power App with Dataverse to allow 15,000 employees and 10 business units to manage their own notification preferences
• Integrated AWS DynamoDB to improve resiliency and decrease batch and notification data loss by 5%
• Designed a queueing system proof of concept with AWS SQS and AWS Lambda that decouples and scales the batch application to send 1000 more notifications hourly
• Responsible for production changes in Genesys Administrator to minimize Genesys WFM stability issues for over 20,000 Fidelity associates
