• Integrated Piano.io newsletter templates with A/B-tested placement; surpassed target newsletter’s 3% growth goal by 8 points, hitting 155,000 subscribers 1.5 months early and supporting a high-value sponsorship renewal.
• Architected and executed end-to-end account lifecycle flows to support active churn reduction with Recurly Engage cancel/save flows; leveraged Recurly’s API and built UI for new account types and user actions.
