Tech-led the Brand Networks Segment Builder ground-up rewrite under a 3-week existential deadline. Rewrote the entire CDP-ETL pipeline to introduce sharding and zero-spill builds; scaled the customer-facing discovery UI from ~10–50M aliases (minute latency) to 63B aliases (~15s response) via the Mart Device List / Mart Segment List split. Real-time-shaped customer-facing UI at marketplace scale.
Authored the Tapad Test Framework, bid-request replay tool, and HTTP/SFTP mock servers adopted across engineering. The bid-request replay tool let engineers reproduce live RTB traffic for offline testing—core infrastructure for a real-time bidder team and the kind of developer-productivity work this role calls out.
Shipped Tapad’s first production Spark ML pipeline (Telenor pre-paid/post-paid classification on Dataproc). Partnered directly with applied data scientists on schema design, feature engineering, and live-site productionization.
Founded Tapad’s Attributes domain as the original architect. Designed the company’s first unified, config-driven pipeline (Business Logic Component, Build Initializer, data catalog + Firestore metadata). New attributes added via configuration—a platform other teams built on.
