I have experience in many diverse areas, most recently in enhancing and extending SRE tools for use by our internal applications.
Past Experience:
Migrated three critical on prem applications to Azure.
Developed machine learning solutions to predict ticket resolutions based on historical data and discover insights to prevent problems before they occur. Awarded two patents for this work.
Developed JavaScript ChatBot API including backend and front end support, to easily allow users of Q messenger to create their own artificially intelligent bots.
Created orchestration flows that provision virtual network functions and enhanced API functionality to interact with flows.
Received 1H2016 Technology Development President's Award for the team’s effort to adopt open source platforms over a short timeframe, saving the company millions in license fees.
Led development of Network Disaster Recovery web GUI.
Developed back-end REST APIs for mobile apps such as Mark the Spot and Smart Wifi.
Migrated an internal web application to mobile for use by field technicians on iPads.
