Drives engineering for the domains and certificates platform within Microsoft Azure App Service. Focuses on building secure, scalable, and compliant cloud infrastructure by modernizing legacy systems into distributed architectures on Cosmos DB, automating certificate lifecycle management with CA integrations, and strengthening DNS and billing reliability. Responsibilities also include supporting global live-site health through on-call operations, ensuring millions of customer applications remain secure and available.

Built and scaled core platform infrastructure with a focus on security, identity, and workflow automation. Designed and implemented SCIM and SSO integration with Azure AD to streamline enterprise identity management. Enhanced the workflow engine with dynamic conditional branching to support complex workflows. Strengthened security by migrating vulnerable GraphQL interactions to REST, and delivered workflow SharePoint integration.

Design, develop, and implement certificate and domain-related features for Azure App Service, Microsoft's flagship Platform as a Service (PaaS) offering for web application development, deployment, and scaling. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SSL certificate and domain-related functionality with other app hosting features and optimize performance and reliability of these features in Azure App Service.
