➢ Merge creative, tech, marketing, and business goals for globally recognized festivals, properties, and brands within AEG Presents
➢ Manage digital marketing projects for AEG festivals, tours, venues, and shows throughout ideation, development, design, and completion
➢ Oversee all digital project development on national and global levels, including copy and content for websites, mobile apps, augmented reality elements, and experiential activations
◦ roughly 150 website and mobile app properties
◦ work closely with in-house and contracted digital marketers, creative teams, talent management and buyers, web ops teams
➢ Analyze ad and website data to inform stakeholders, marketing, and creative teams (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)
◦ set timelines using data to inform and communicate project objectives and asset variations
◦ execute both internal and external customer surveys
◦ audit websites and mobile apps in order to provide analytical reports to both management and stakeholders
