Building web tools that enable transportation planners to easily weigh trade-offs, prioritize projects, and explore insights. Lowering transportation emissions and eliminating road deaths requires compromises and data-driven approaches that are difficult to analyze. Web maps, charts and calculators that consume crash data and roadway dimensions can help planners usher in better streets, intersections and communities.

Building reading and math fundamentals in each of Laurel Elementary's 1st grade classes. It's been a pleasure to work and play with these students whether they need extra help or extra challenge.

I handle Front-end web features as part of the insurance team. I've implemented a non-refundable trip option, host-given promotions, and upgraded vehicle insurance options in Turo's React JS application.

• As a front-end web engineer, I develop solutions for all sections of our ReactJS web app.

• I've built carousels on our homepage, price displays on our car listing page, and insurance forms on our checkout page. I take immense pride in seeing contributions I've made to every part of our site.

• My favorite project was building a driver verification flow from scratch using Lottie animations and third party face matching APIs. This allowed folks to rent a car worth upwards of $80k from a neighbor for the first time ever!

• Developed a live package tracking feature for RealTime Email that displays dynamic shipping data from the inbox using USPS/UPS/FedEx API's and has been used by thousands of customers

• Made strong contributions to a professional-scale PHP codebase in areas such as: user authentication, UX, site speed, security, and architecture.

• Navigated the challenges of interweaving up to date solutions with often cryptic legacy code
