Transformation Delivery - Project, Program Portfolio Management

As a project manager for KPMG's Advisory practice, I help clients establish their Project Management Office (PMO), manage projects, programs, and portfolios (3PM), transform business operations, and transition through organizational changes. I work directly with my clients on a day-to-day basis to listen to their needs and work collaboratively with them to find solutions that are optimized for their business. As a team, we have high level oversight and in-depth insight across the portfolio and serve as trusted advisors to our clients.

Support a team of product and component managers to design the top workstation solutions on the market. As the world wide management team, we collaborate with each region around the world to meet the wants and needs of customers needing top performance, innovation, and reliability.
