At Fox News Media, my main role involved rebuilding the Android app. I used Kotlin along with Room, Retrofit, and followed the MVVM architecture pattern. I integrated a media player and implemented a straightforward navigation pattern within the MVVM framework. To enhance efficiency, I adopted a single-activity-many-fragment design pattern. My responsibilities covered the complete development cycle, from design to testing, contributing to the overall improvement of the Fox News Android app.

As a Software Engineer on the Facebook Live immersive experience team, my primary focus was on developing an immersive video player for live streaming. I added an avatar reaction bar to facilitate real-time interaction, contributing to a more engaging user experience. Additionally, I implemented landscape orientation support, resulting in a significant improvement in watch time metrics. My dedication was directed towards enhancing the live streaming experience for our users. I also contributed to the redesign of the live video player within the Android app, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing interface for our audience.

In Proagrica, I contributed to the Android Sirrus project, where my responsibilities involved gathering and analyzing requirements specifications. I actively participated in the entire software development process, conducting coding, testing, and code reviews to ensure the quality and reliability of the Android Sirrus application. Collaborating closely with back-end and design teams, I played a key role in the successful delivery of the first version of Android Sirrus. This experience allowed me to demonstrate effective teamwork and a comprehensive understanding of the software development life cycle.
