Giving Experience in the PayPal App
As Lead Designer, I developed and iterated key features such as the Giving Hub and Home page recommendations. This hub enabled users to search for, donate to, and manage fundraisers and charities within the PayPal app, with web adaptations. My designs resulted in a 250% increase in first-time users, a 37% rise in total payment volume, and a 3.8% boost in end-to-end interactions.
Fundraising Solutions
I transformed the Donate Button into the comprehensive Donation Pages suite, addressing pain points with features like cover-the-fees, fundraising goals, and recurring donations. This resulted in $3.2 million raised from 5,700 merchants within six months. Post-transaction call-to-action experiments increased click-through rates by 10.5x for setting a favorite charity, and boosted recurring donations by 7.5%. Significant lifts were achieved in donate button creation (37%), campaign creation (36.5%), and link creation (6%).
Identity Management Design
Led design efforts for Identity projects including 2FA, Passwordless login, Mobile Identification, Fingerprint Login, One Time Passwords, and Trusted Device Login. Conducted usability tests and A/B experiments, achieving 51m confirmed mobile numbers, including 9m new. Enhanced OTP for Login increased conversion rates by 10bps, generating $800k in additional revenue.
