1. TPM of Instacart Commerce Platform, which includes key commerce functions such as Payments, Orders, Discounting among others. Currently leading a program of 50+ members and 10+ XFN teams, focusing on solving complex technical initiatives, enhancing and building a modular, composable platform.

Launched Instacart’s FSA/HSA Payment integration with 15+ XFN teams (internal: Product, Eng, DS, Design, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Fraud; external: Stripe); the platform now accepts FSA/HSA cards, unlocking approximately $x00M+ (blur for caution) in GTV annually (CEO-level initiative).
3. Collaborated with 5+ major e-commerce retailers (Costco, Walmart among others); relaunched the Costco US Same-day Service in partnership with Instacart on the new retailer white label solution. This new solution offers unified features & tech stack between Instacart native app <> white label from development to release, for both Mobile and Web, and secured $x00M+ (blur for caution) GTV with Costco US (CTO-level initiative).
4. Managed 10+ Instacart CarrotAI LLM Content Generation projects to create seasonal, inspirational, and contextual content (e.g. recipe images) relevant to the customers, partnering with MLE, DS, Product, Compliance.
5. Serve as a lead of Instacart's Asians@ Employee Resource Group, and organize culture and career development events to foster an inclusive work environment.
