Besides my daily responsibilities as a Software Engineer; as a Technical Committee Member, my duties included:

1. Plan, architect, design, develop, test, deploy,document, maintain, and enhance large scale software solutions.

2. Deliver testable, maintainable, high-quality code.

3. Analyzing requirements and ensuring the team understands what the product team expects from us.

4. Make tradeoffs between near-term needs and long-term tech health.

5. Facilitate alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines.

6. Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

7. Take part in daily, weekly, and monthly squad rituals.

8. Coach and mentor engineers via working sessions, and perform code reviews and architectural reviews.
