Not only own the current technology stack of the ERP and guide its technical development, I am currently spearheading a wide variety of AI initiatives to improve the development workflow of our company, from easy to deploy integrations to the most commonly used to pushing what is possible with LLMs.

• Work with design team to analyze a client's business needs, developing a detailed functional specifications for client consumption and buy-in (including full UI design) as well as detailed technical specifications for development with cost and time estimates.
• Write design proposal documents raging from a dozen pages to hundreds of pages, and worked on projects ranging from a couple dozen hours to several hundred.
• Lead programming teams through projects from inception through development and delivery.
• Diagnose issues reported by users. This include leading meetings with users and represent company interests as I work with their management team to identify their pain points and help come up with viable solutions.
• Onboarding and mentorship of new hires. I've been responsible for designing training plans and curriculum for interns, new hires as well as mid career hires. Part of my tasks have involved providing classroom instruction, project management, code review, and performance evaluation.
• Areas of focus include costing, commissions, sales tax calculations, purchase orders/purchasing, payment taking and credit card processing.
Some noteworthy projects I've worked on have included:
• Redesign of payment taking to support modern credit card gateway providers that enable remote managed of devices.
• Led team to implement variety of large and complex feature enhancements to support new business.

• Redesigned the backorder replenishment process to allow for both automated as well as guided generation of purchase orders to meet both stocking needs and and transaction demands, with an eye towards scalability and future growth and sustainability.
• Identified difficult and obscure OS-level issue that had severe impact on user processing.
• Designed wide variety of custom commission solutions to meet clients' specific and non-standard needs.
• Developed software integration with the Avalara API from the ground up as software code base is niche and not commonly supported.
• Literally wrote the handbook on enterprise software deployment for our organization.

• Areas of focus included inventory and warehouse software, sales/exchanges/return software, and some work with vendor receivables, purchasing, and general ledgers.
Some noteworthy projects I've worked on have included:
• Reworked the sales return process, specifically how users select merchandise and identify the reason for the return.
• Redesigned the Quick Sale module, from code to user interface, in order to work more like a modern self-checkout kiosk.
• Redesigned the Advanced Warehouse Management system user interface to be more more streamlined and intuitive.
• Designed the Directed Putaway process, a warehouse management tool that internally maps out the layout of the warehouse and current merchandise stock levels throughout the aisles, rows, and bins, then calculates in advance where warehouse staff should place incoming merchandise deliveries to maximize space usage while directing them in real time where to go in order to avoid congestion and idle time.
