Led product design for Maestro, an enterprise platform purpose-built to drive value creation for private equity firms and their portfolio companies. Transformed highly complex PE workflows—spanning planning, execution, impact tracking, and reporting—into intuitive, scalable, and data-rich enterprise experiences that helped customers align teams and deliver measurable results.
Managed and mentored a hybrid design team of in-house designers and international contractors, while also collaborating closely with and coaching product managers to elevate discovery, decision-making, and delivery practices across the organization. Owned key product epics end-to-end, from strategy and research through solution design, development, and release.

As Director of Design and Lead Product Designer for VTS Lease, I led design strategy and execution across the leasing product, supporting brokers and leasing teams with mission-critical workflows. I managed and mentored a diverse team of product designers, including the designer responsible for the VTS Lease iOS and Android applications, fostering strong craft, collaboration, and career growth.
I partnered closely with Product and Engineering leadership, helping onboard new product managers and coaching them on design thinking, user-centered decision-making, and effective product management practices. I led extensive user research and vision-level prototyping focused on broker workflows, helping define long-term product direction and validate solutions early.
As the lead designer on key initiatives, I redesigned the proposal creation experience to incorporate financial analysis, significantly improving usability, reducing error rates, and increasing proposal attachment rates. I also collaborated with the design systems team to expand component coverage and consistency across the product, enabling faster and more scalable delivery.

As a Lead Product Designer at The Knot and The Bump, I led end-to-end product design across multiple high-traffic consumer platforms, owning experiences that directly impacted growth, conversion, and engagement at scale.
I led design for The Knot’s vendor marketplace, improving page views, conversion rates, and SEO performance across vendor discovery and profile experiences. I also owned design for The Knot’s wedding website platform, increasing adoption, conversion, and the total number of websites created by couples.
At The Bump, I led design for the baby registry experience, driving measurable increases in registries created, items added per registry, and gifts purchased per order. I also designed The Bump’s pregnancy question platform and contributed to major feature releases for the pregnancy mobile app, delivering new capabilities across critical stages of the user journey.
A core part of my role involved rigorous, continuous validation. I frequently ran usability testing, live A/B experiments, user interviews (both in-person and remote), and surveys to guide discovery, compare design approaches, and measure impact against key success metrics.
This role strengthened my ability to blend user empathy, experimentation, and business outcomes—shipping experiences that scaled to millions of users while continuously improving performance.
