I work full stack across multiple teams in a product-heavy environment, focusing on enhancing merchant satisfaction through data insights and A/B experiments within product engineering initiatives.

That’s a lot of buzzwords to say I create products and experiences that help merchants succeed on our platform.

My role in Shopify's Fulfillment Network (SFN) team centered on enhancing onboarding processes.

I utilized React and Ruby on Rails to overhaul our onboarding process, significantly cutting onboarding time and improving merchant satisfaction UX wise. My contributions extended to creating technical design documents, facilitating team retrospectives, and introducing new design patterns. A highlight of my tenure was leading a diverse team of over 20 shopifolk in the development of an internal voting app, contributing significantly to interdisciplinary (product, design, data, and engineering) collaboration.

Created a platform for online events with 2000+ users.

Lead the design and implementation of the cloud integrations with AWS, while building the application in a full stack manner.

Joined the Startup HyperAccelerator program (2020) and the League of Innovators (2021, Batch 7).

Developed a diverse range of internal tools and applications as a key member of the Enterprise Architecture team, actively engaging with both full stack work and cloud technologies.

My main initiative was creating a custom logging system using GCP, IBM Connect, and ServiceNow, which resulted in significant monthly savings. Additionally, I created a custom ticket creation system, managed infrastructure using Terraform, and maintained SpringBoot applications, updating existing code and enhancing testing pipelines.
