As our first Product Design Hire, I established the foundational principles, systems, and processes that the Product Design function was founded upon.

During this time, I was the lead designer for all 0-1 products, many of which are still core to our products. These different products played a key role in helping scale our platform from series A through B, and continue to provide a foundation for all of our platform today.

Helped build up the creative channel at Hawke Media with the implementation of new ideas, revenue streams, and process. Co-lead the successful implementation of a photography channel to the creative umbrella, and helped build process around it's success. Additionally, continued to execute on creative engagements, with a heavier focus on font-end web development. Primary tasks and outcomes associated with this senior level position included, but weren't limited to:

• Build customized front-end websites using creative design and custom code

• E-mail campaign design for large brands, including fortune 500 companies
