Develop and deliver training programs to employee and vendor/outsourcing that support the operational and enforcement functions at Meta.

I lead a team that consults, creates and delivers world class learning programs in an operational space. We do this with a strong foundation in learning sciences and focus on continuous improvement. The team delivers these programs effectively at a global scale.

• Collaborated with cross-functional teams across Global Operations on the delivery and effectiveness of innovative learning and performance support solutions.

• Primary point of contact for learning related to our internal policies and procedures.

• Assessed the learning needs of our vendor partners through gathering and validating learning requirements with our internal teams to address gaps on policy knowledge.

• Supports vendor partners to develop modern learning skills so that every learner can become self-reliant and self-sufficient

• Creates and manages relationships with multiple vendor partner's learning teams to ensure quality and effectiveness of learning programs across Facebook's policies and guidelines.

Responsible for coordinating across different global internal and external partners to help intelligently scale enforcement and application of Facebook's Community Standards and to understand the root cause of enforcement opportunities.
