I lead product design on our B2B2C products & services, from discovery to launch, for six teams: Legal, Growth/Video, Editors, Partnerships/Integrations, A.I Platform, and Revver Experience/Marketplace.

0→1: Legal (entire vertical), Vimeo Integration (largest deal in Rev's history), Marketplace Segmentation, Conversational AI (Chatbot: Prompt Engineering & Generative AI using GPT-4 and 3), NLP in Editors.

N→1: Customer and Marketplace Editors (transcription, subtitle, & captions), Voice User Interface (VUI), Billing & Payments, and internal dashboards for Ops and admin.

I closely partner with product leads, tech leads, engineering directors, speech scientists, and Ops directors to define a long-term and short-term strategy to serve our users while achieving business goals.

Reimagine is a nonprofit that address the inequities surrounding how we live and die.

In 2019, we hosted more than 250 experiences all around the Bay Area, from the California Academy of Sciences, The Punchline, the Boys and Girls Club, the Mezzanine, the Contemporary Jewish Museum, The Asian Art Museum, The SF Libraries, The Walt Disney Museum, community centers, art galleries, churches, temples, parks, bars, concert venues, and more.
