• Created Committed Use Discount (CUD) recommendation feature for GCP Sub-Accounts to allow for SAP Lines of Businesses (LoBs) to manually or automatically purchase resources for their cloud usage and purchase additional CUDs resulting in over $1.5 billion of total cost avoidance

• Developed Slack channel webhooks to immediately send priority error and info logs to optimize team debugging and alerts; over 10,000 Slack messages sent on a weekly basis

• Optimized backend throughput by restructuring data in different data structures (such as HashMaps and HashSets) which resulted in 90% faster processing

• Helped develop Python scripts for AWS, Azure, or GCP purchases/returns through Linux terminal and data stored in Microsoft Excel sheets

• Configured Slack channels with the use of the Slack SDK for Java for our team to immediately receive any error logs from the production space

• Designed and developed an email service using an SMTP server to send out over 5000 email reports to our users automatically daily

• Developed an automation framework for users to easily configure automatic purchases, exchanges, and renewals for each hyperscaler within their LoB. Collectively, the framework handles more than 2,500 reserved instances and CUDs on a daily basis

• Appointed as 1 of 18 across the globe to collaborate with Juergen Mueller (Executive Board Member and CTO of SAP) and his leadership team on strategic topics to shape the future of our board area

• Integrated GPT-4 into SAP Datasphere to create a natural language-to-SQL query generator and table mapping features, reducing throughput and manual effort by 80%

• Led the development of an automatic content generator for SAP Workzone using GPT-4, resulting in a 75% increase in content production efficiency and a 60% reduction in manual content creation time

The SAP Next Talent program consists of an 18-month, full-time rotational program for new graduates which allows for UX Designers, Software Developers, and Data Scientists to participate in three 6-month long rotations on different SAP products. Each year, only 90 individuals are placed in this program (<1% acceptance rate) and teams are based out of Bellevue, Newport Beach, or the San Francisco Bay Area.
