• Develop utilities for BSB Non-Fleet (Small Trucking) Agent Portal .NET API: Design and implement key utilities (Error logging, Kong API Gateway integration, Data serialization) using C# to enhance the functionality and reliability of the Portal API.

• Enhance the Angular UI for the Agent Portal, implementing advanced input validation, error message handling, and UI/UX improvements to optimize user experience across all 50 states.

• Design and implement structured views in the Agent Portal database to organize and present data effectively for business needs.

• Collaborate with on-site and off-shore team members through Agile methodologies, Jira, and Git.
