• Built and launched a net-new onboarding app for Shopify merchants in under 90 days, driving $100M+ in incremental high-margin TPV with active enterprise rollout across PayPal’s Top 200 accounts.
• Led the strategic integration of BNPL into PayPal’s global consumer app redesign for 430M+ active accounts, establishing it as the core shopping value proposition and unlocking cross-sell opportunities for merchant value-added services.
• Created a Firestore database to centrally house BNPL details for the top 50K+ merchants, decoupling configurations from client-side code to enable self-service management and in-app merchant promotion.
• Designed and ran experiments across PayPal.com and e-commerce platform surfaces, driving a 7% lift in messaging merchant adoption and a 25% lift in churned merchant reactivations.
• Regularly presented business reviews, roadmap updates, and performance insights to senior executives, articulating trade-offs and strategic risks.
