• Led discovery research and strategic design, launching a 0 to 1 mobile and desktop Expense management solution for SMBs with 15% users adoption across all justworks customers while enabling Sales wins for Justworks.
• Strategized and iterated on Beta expense solution reaching 20% activation during launch, solving for admin operational pain points around managing expenses which led to a successful general audience launch.
• collaborated with PMM on GTM and introduced new beta activation flow which decreased CSM and PMM involvement to gathering participants
