• Led AI/ML Product Design at SurveyMonkey for two years, designing user experiences for AI-driven products like Analyze with AI and open-ended text analysis.

• Developed AI design frameworks and guidelines for the product team to ensure consistent interactions across all AI/ML features.

• Before transitioning to AI design, led the end-to-end design of the Brand Tracking market research solution, from inception to launch and beyond.

As I joined Miles in stealth mode as the founding designer (employee#5), I was responsible for all aspects of a product life-cycle, from branding, concept development to launching multiple products (iOS, Android & Web). Besides working on the core products, I also developed Miles internal admin portal and launched its first marketing website.
