• Managed projects and developed new policies, processes, and workflows in response to emerging integrity risks on Facebook and Instagram related to geopolitical events, including foreign inauthentic behavior, misinformation, and spam, through collaboration with cross-functional partners and stakeholders such as policy, product, engineering, and operations teams

• Provided analytical, research, and operational support for social protection and gender issues across West Africa, which included conducting a gender assessment on Liberia through data analysis and literature review and proposing public policy solutions to reduce gender gaps in the labor market

• Served as Information Officer for USAID's Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (USAID/BHA)—formerly known as USAID’s Office of U.S. Foreign Disaster Assistance (USAID/OFDA)—through the institutional contractor Macfadden PAE

• Monitored and reported on global humanitarian conditions and response activities in Latin America and the Caribbean, West and Southern Africa, South Asia, and East Asia and the Pacific for internal and external stakeholders

• Served as Information Coordinator for USAID/BHA's Venezuela Regional Crisis, which included deploying to support the Disaster Assistance Response Team at the USAID Mission in Costa Rica, assessing the regional impacts of the migrant crisis in Brazil, Ecuador, and Peru through field visits, and engaging with U.S. Government teams, UN agencies, nonprofits, local/national government officials, and community members to facilitate coordination of humanitarian programs

• Consultant with World Bank Group's Gender (Latin America and the Caribbean), Social Development (Middle East and North Africa), and Social Protection and Labor (East Asia and the Pacific) teams

• Provided analytical, operational, and project management support to Gender, Social Development, and Social Protection and Labor teams, which included drafting gender assessments, providing technical input for design and implementation of projects, and producing information products to facilitate knowledge sharing

• Proposed policy recommendations for internal and external teams on gender, social development, and social protection issues, based on data analysis, review of regulatory frameworks, and engagement with multiple stakeholders

• Assessed potential environmental and social risks of World Bank projects across sectors in the Middle East and North Africa, which were utilized by the Safeguard Policies team in the development of operations
