As the third engineer in the company I worked on bringing the company from prototype to a full enterprise level "Smart Telecom". Helping in designing the Architecture of the system, building it as well as our full continuous integration system.

* Worked on our portal that Administrators use to manage phones (add service, remove them), make payments, add users. (Rails/Postgres)

* Worked on the user facing side of our company were users can see messages, make calls, receive voicemails and manage their own personal accounts (Angular/Rails)

* Created the Android App

* Built our salesforce integrations used by our customers to track customer calls & sales teams.

* Helped managed our remote teams both in Romania & Uruguay.

* Helped develop our more junior team members.
