Took part in the selective Web Development Fellowship - a partnership between The Flatiron School and the NYC Tech Talent Pipeline.

While in the program, I not only learned how to code but also found out I had a knack for helping others and being of service.

• Enhanced the customer experience by providing high-touch, on-the-ground service

• Performed assistant managerial responsibilities, including balancing registers and making deposits

• Contributed to an increase in sales through product recommendations based on customer needs

• Provided internal technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems

• Increased company quality metrics by managing a team that maintained a quality average above 95%

• Performed parallel audits on customer service representatives to identify potential areas of improvement

• Coordinated with the US HQ to evaluate customer support procedures, as well as new pilot projects, to determine areas for improvement
