Meta's Developer Platform enables developers to integrate and scale across Meta’s ecosystem, and is home to Meta's Graph API, SDKs, developer portal, toolings, and documentations.

2020-2022: Bulletin Publishing Experience

Founding engineer for Bulletin, a 0→1 Substack-style newsletter app, built to support experts and creators in sharing reliable information during the COVID era. The MVP version was built and shipped in a 4-month timeframe.

Contributions:

* Authoring platform: article composer, auto-save/versioning system

* Content distribution: funnel traffic from IG & FB via Creator Studio integration

* Audience engagement: commenting, reaction features

Worked on optimizations on LLM inference engine:

* Refactored the input processing pipeline (tokenization multimodal parsing, chat templating, etc.) for all OpenAI-compatible endpoints.

* Integrated NIXL connector with hybrid memory allocator for faster KV Cache transfer.

* Enabled conditional module loading for multimodal models

This was my 4th internship and the final one in my university co-op program. I worked on the Facebook's network infra team, where I built software to bootstrap servers in data centers. Seeing my work deployed in multiple DCs as an intern felt surreal, and I was genuinely blown away by the culture and the people I worked with. I returned to work full time soon after.

Built an Apache Presto–Druid connector to support cross-source analytics for Ads Reporting. It was my first exposure to the open-source community.

Worked on a financial product that made it easier for users to apply for and receive interest-free loans.
