We are a frontend focused, full stack engineering squad that owns the vision and charter for Outreach's Opportunity Management experience. We partner with other teams within Outreach to bring together data and insights into a single surface tailored to the Account Executive and Account Executive Manager.

• Tech lead for a complete rebuild of the meeting booking experience. Designed the complete, full stack system and personally implemented major frontend and backend features. Managed cross-team coordination to ensure an on-time launch. Increased conversion from a calendar view to a booked meeting by 46.5%.

• Led the design and implementation of the company’s primary GraphQL server. Server now handles ~1 billion requests per month with a 99.8% success rate. Evangelized the use of GraphQL at Outreach. Promoted best practices through training sessions, org wide code reviews, and tooling such as automated compatibility checks.

• Integrated an acquired YCombinator startup into our team. Led the team to a successful launch of the acquired product (now Outreach Success Plans). Designed and implemented an authorization framework and led the implementation of authorization controls for over 170 GraphQL resolvers.
