Overseeing the Design Program Manager team and initiatives for CVS Digital Experiences within Design Operations.

Being an advocate, coach, and servant leader for design ops, design teams, and their partners.

Responsible for managing the intake, planning, and execution of design centered work for high rick, high profile portfolios while building process and systems to support design efficiencies and collaboration for design (UX, Visual Design, Content Strategist, Research), cross-functional partners (Development, QA, Release Train Engineer, Product Management, Architecture) and stakeholders (Design leadership, Marketing, Clinical, Executive leadership, Legal, Third Party etc.).

Includes working with product partners to define and prioritize backlogs for design, building and executing to planning strategies that accommodate business and design needs utilizing common project management and design processes and methodologies such as kanban, scrum, SAFe and double diamond.
