As senior position of the Enterprise Scheduling team, my major responsibilities are to manage the entire effort of supporting Control-M product of suite throughout the Federal Reserve System. Assist and manage the day to day activities of our Production Support team. Supervise and delegate projects and responsibilities to staffs. Report to upper management on major issues related to the production system. Manage Control-M Mainframe and Distributed training to all 12 district users. Manage the constant ongoing support of maintenance level upgrades and fixes. Manage the potential risk and determine the risk acceptance level. Evaluate potential growth, resource and project resource needs including staff hiring. Work closely with Resource Planning on vendor contract and licenses.

Manage the day to day Enterprise Scheduling function of a team of six.

Manage the full Control-M product of suite design, implementation, conversion, support, customer design, POC and up-to-date maintenance.
