Enrique joined CBRE in 2021 and is a Senior Project Manager with the Facility Condition Assessment Team. Enrique has over 26 years of expertise in Construction and Design of Mission Critical structures such as Substations, Data Centers, Central Energy Plants (CEP), Airports, Healthcare Centers, Laboratories, Multifamily, commissioning, retro-CX, and activation of Facilities with complex redundancy MEP systems across the Unites Statesand Latin America. He specializes in helping clients achieve their short and long-term goals by assessing their current assets or future acquisitions. With his expertise, he has generated multimillion dollar cost baselines through facility condition assessments (FCAs), which clients can use as a tool for selling, purchasing, or long-term planning of their assets. Enrique's multilingual skills have also proved invaluable in his role as Project Manager for EATON's Latin America region at CBRE. He works closely with clients such as The Cleveland Clinic to develop cost-loaded building systems portfolios that are tailored to their specific needs.
