• Manage, grow and empower an innovative and cohesive product design team for Flexport Ocean

• Scope design initiatives against high-level product road maps, allocate resources, and prioritize work across multiple domains

• Lead multi-year product vision design, owning the design for key cross-team feature, and giving thoughtful, detailed and actionable design feedback consistently in weekly design leadership review

• Built and managed the UX team for Amazon retail and Amazon Learn, launching multiple retail new programs globally and AI-based online learning platform for millions of learners.

• Led cross-team conceptual development, serving as a strategic thought leader to deliver unmatched experiences at the intersection of design, business, and technology with a strong focus on customer-centricity.

• Managed project loads, priorities, and resource allocation for successful project execution.
