Carbon Five is a digital product development agency that practices eXtreme Programming (XP), a form of agile software development. Work is done in a variety of languages and frameworks, but typically Ruby on Rails and Javascript. I work closely with clients, other developers, designers and project managers to help plan and implement software products. I also co-lead a cross functional company-wide accessibility workgroup aimed at developing employee knowledge and creating resources to help clients prioritize accessibility in their products. While in this position I worked with a large financial institution on digital card management functionality for mobile apps, and another large financial institution on a web based customer relationship management tool.

EduFocal is an online learning platform with content developed specifically for exams taken at primary and secondary educational levels in Jamaica. I lead a website redesign project, provided advice and training in agile software development practices to EduFocal employees, helped to plan and implement new features, and facilitated product level business decisions.
