Applying user-centered principles to inform and implement design and development priorities for an established networking support portal, including services for premium enterprise customers spanning case management and creation, asset tracking, global search, and a general purpose agentic chatbot aimed at streamlining support workflows and boosting user retention. Responsible for rebranding across multiple properties by driving design system adoption and managing/mentoring design contractors.

Migrated pre-existing legacy apps to an Angular single page app, adding new features including floor plan mapping, space utilization analytics, in-app licensing, and associated goals and workflows to better monetize subscription software services. Also, expanded development of design system components and a mkdocs-powered documentation site, earning praise from customers and partners for improved ease of use and presentation.

Participated in roadmap planning and field research for a balloon piloting and mission planning app. Prototyped and developed a seed app built with VueJS, integrating web services providing flight data.

Addressed design and development priorities throughout the product life cycle by creating mockups, building prototypes, and writing front end code to successfully launch an Angular web app powering supplier-to-customer messaging, payments, and onboarding. Evaluated and installed third-party libraries and plugins extending app functionality, smoke tested release builds, conducted user testing, and analyzed performance metrics to boost user acquisition and retention.
