I was contracted to provide software solutions to eliminate reliance on legacy servers while significantly improving the performance of bank-wide applications and enhancing the overall user experience.

During this time, I served as one of two primary on-call software engineers supporting the “Download Your Information” (DYI) offering for Meta to meet compliance requirements for data privacy in Europe. My work enabled social media users to access stored data reports and ensured timely response to requests by law enforcement agencies via targeted software solutions.

I was engaged to build and grow the initial development team for a startup company providing software solutions for hospitals and healthcare operations. This included defining product requirements and managing the full software development lifecycle.

My contributions include engineering a revised software solution designed for a Boston hospital to fulfill specialized client requirements; optimizing system functionality and reliability by integrating a new testing framework and upgrading analysis software; and upgrading an Azure-based application to provide targeted therapy recommendations for cancer treatments.

At IBM, I resolved client-facing issues and deployed feature enhancements to improve the user experience while strengthening data connectivity and reliability by developing an Excel plugin using C# for integration with a TM1 server. Additionally, I captured significant gains in user satisfaction by tailoring search functionality according to client feedback.
