• Shared Product Owner responsibilities for the “Core” application to provide services and framework functionality to support all other applications within the cloud suite.

• Provided consultation across teams on functional and data requirements for external integrations, consulted with customers for the use of external integrations, and maintained customer-facing integration documentation

• Provided consultation across 5 teams within InEight’s startup cloud application suite to help prioritize and focus on MVP features for initial release to Kiewit, Inc. and subsequent releases to the public market.

• Assisted teams to drive efficiency through understanding functional requirements for interaction across applications, backlog organization, data integration points, and determination of effort vs. benefit.

• Worked within the Architecture team to facilitate solution requirements sessions, determine work priority, and track deliverables to completion.

• Provided a bridge between functional teams and Architecture by thoroughly understanding the “what” of a problem so the “how” of a solution could be designed to meet all needs.

As part of Kiewit Technology Group’s Enterprise Architecture team, I was assigned as a consultant to their recently acquired construction project tools development branch, InEight. I provided guidance for maintaining consistence for cross-application requirements, ran multiple business and technical requirement workshops, provided advice on cross-application integrations and data workflow, and gave input to define the agile process used by their product teams. This assignment eventually transitioned to a permanent position within InEight.

I provided oversight of the Reporting branch of a multidisciplinary project to deploy Accenture’s Loan Origination System within Bank of the West’s existing loan operations. The project spanned all aspects of loan origination from application to closing and included impact to branch operations, home office operations, inter-agency integrations, and permanent document storage.
