• Led development of Tulip's Online Status Service, reducing cost of online status reporting (a ubiquitous, high-traffic operation) and auditing of uptime for machine users.
• Led or assisted in developing APIs to modernize Tulip's configuration plane, allowing for automated and performant config management, and reducing time spent by the Support team on deployments.
• Led development of the authorization service for Tulip sysadmins. Managed security, compliance, deployment, and integration, and testing concerns coming from internal and external stakeholders. Unblocked an enterprise deal with a security-conscious customer.
• Delivered user management features including customizable user roles and user groups.
• Set standards and conventions for technical documentation. Documented features which the team was responsible for.
