As a Senior Development Lead at Banamex USA, I am responsible for the analysis and management of IT requirements, I have to be in communication with business people, process people and third parties for a clear definition of needs and requirements, generate technological solutions that meet the Citi Technology Standards.

These activities include personnel management, planning, development, testing process and implementation.

For the development area, I proposed and implemented Scrum as a development process framework.

In this position my goal was to align Banamex USA internal applications with CITI global regulation and compliance. This was a management role specialized in requirement analysis and execution from start to end.

As a Senior Development Lead at Partido Accion Nacional, I was responsible for developing technological solutions to support the exploitation of information at national level, proposed implementing development tool like TFS, Entity Framework and LINQ between others, during my stay I was in contact with new and different technologies with which I had the opportunity and learn: Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ArcGis for handling maps and geospatial information.

My goal in this company was to design and develop different applications for nationwide militancy information handling, management and reporting which has millions of records and be able to exploit such information.

Among the applications in which I was in charge of the development processes were.

An application for facial recognition to identify militancy, an application where you take a photo and the application look in all militancy records to find a match and validate if the person is eligible to be a candidate.

Also the company had the Microsoft Dynamics CRM application, which my team extended to web applications to share information between different states in Mexico.

A mapping system for geo-location of militancy and related to the party people, this system also had the opportunity to display geographic reports such as urban sprawl.

I started on an Entry-Level position fixing some applications bugs and generating reports for Elektra Latam

Then I grew after my initial position to be part of a main project to implement Fiscal Invoice functionality for Elektra Brazil, I had the opportunity to travel to Brazil to do some final adjustment in the point sale application.
