• Lead projects of variable complexity and ensure successful completion.

• Investigate technical requirements needed for the development of new features and create documentation via technical specs.

• Support collaboration on cross-team projects to achieve shared project goals.

• Assist with onboarding, mentoring, and integrating new team members within the team.

• Develop end to end features using a variety of technologies including Python, NextJS, React, GraphQL, and MySQL.

• Collaborate on technical specs with other Developers to deliver new features.

• Conduct investigations into complex issues, propose creative solutions, and lead their resolution.

• Create documentation for legacy features and lead knowledge sharing meetings.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other Developers to ship user-facing and backend features.

• Support users by responding to inquiries and resolving technical issues

• Create and update internal and external documentation, including troubleshooting steps, workarounds, and best practices

• Become a product expert for customers and stay up to date on new Rollbar features

• Create Python scripts to assist with enterprise account management

• Release code changes to address bugs for internal and customer facing products

• Provide first-tier software application technical support for system wide supported applications

• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues

• Track issues and requests as well as document resolutions

• Assist with the development of user training materials and system documentation
