As the primary designer on multiple products for the Ads Privacy and Safety (APaS) division, I supported 50+ engineers without PMs or UXRs. I quickly grasped unique-to-product technical knowledge, conducted and presented research, and proposed, executed, and tested designs for multiple human evaluation platform portals and its machine learning counterpart, pursuing data quality and adoption objectives. All this, while adjusting to a new company, a newly-formed team, and a newly hired manager, I accomplished in my first 6 months at Google.

Owned multiple major capabilities of Xandr’s flagship programmatic ad-buying platform: Xandr Invest DSP. Designed and launched products, features, and enhancements for multiple squad capabilities in the company. Responsible for design discovery research for new ad type integrations and championed complex multiple-parallelisms journey maps to understand users. Conducts user interviews, user shadowing, workshops, and more to create constant visibility on the value of early design involvement in projects and planning. Worked with multiple medium-large teams and champions research-driven design and trifecta collaboration with product, engineering, and design. Leads learning groups, evangelizes the value of great design processes with leadership, and facilitates fun and productive sessions with clients and teams.

Designs experiences across different industries such as financial services, network visibility and security, life-sciences contracting and pricing, time and expense tracking, and much more. Helps clients realize the real problems and aids them in finding solutions using design discovery (Ethnographic User Study, Heuristic Evaluation, etc), design strategy (Workflow-modeling, Information Architecture, etc), and finally, design execution (UI-Design and Prototyping, User Testing, etc.). Mentors junior designers and leads design presentations on UX design, data visualization, UI animations, and more.
