• Contributed to the enhancement of a high-volume claims adjudication engine and user interface (UI), leveraging C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, Dynamics CRM 2013, Silverlight, XAML-based controls, and Web Services. Implemented improvements to optimize the accuracy and efficiency of claims processing while ensuring seamless compatibility with existing legacy code.
• Developed interactive reports using SSRS to analyze system performance trends, providing key insights to senior management.
• Created custom Microsoft CRM plugins, workflows, and scheduled tasks.
• Updated BizTalk schemas, maps for 835 and 837 EDI to XML claim transformation, and orchestrations, enabling seamless interaction between subsystems and trading partners.
• Currently working on an ASP.NET Core Blazor app to modernize our UI and improve the user experience, while also refactoring our legacy claims engine to improve scalability and performance.
• Implemented an automated system using AWS Lambda functions, AWS SQS, and a Dead Letter Queue (DLQ) to convert EDI files to JSON with EDIFabric, handling errors by capturing failed messages and sending email notifications through an SNS Topic, ensuring robust and reliable data processing.
