✨ ᴅᴇsɪɢɴ - In absence of the UI/UX developer, I personally create interfaces on Figma for both Web and Mobile: why do something only "working", when you can also make it beautiful?

⚙️ ᴀꜱꜱɪɢɴᴍᴇɴᴛꜱ & ᴇꜱᴛɪᴍᴀᴛɪᴏɴꜱ - Monthly/weekly management of the development estimations of each sprint, I value effort and capacity requirements, and I distribute the load among the members of the frontend team. I create tasks and tickets for the frontend members and check on them, making sure the board is always up to date.
