Currently, I work with product teams and customers on engagements ranging from end-to-end product design, to crafting experiences that reimagine enterprise software. I drive design and research efforts, organize and facilitate workshops, and collaborate with product owners and leadership to help inform product strategy and create meaningful experiences.

Designed responsive enterprise applications using SAP Fiori for product teams and customers across multiple domains such as Marketing and Finance.

Envisioned, designed and maintained concept iOS and Android applications, involving ideation, storyboarding, rapid and high-fidelity prototyping concept ideas.

• Redesigned and prototyped an event planner app for Sapphire, an SAP sales and marketing event.

• Contributed towards user experience design of custom mobile apps for ALDO Shoes, FedEx and Delta Airlines.

• Provided technical support for Microsoft SharePoint technologies to Microsoft Premier customers, requiring in-depth product knowledge and support of interdependent technologies (Active Directory, Networking and SQL Server)

• Collaborated across teams and product groups for technical issues

• Participated in case triage meetings to share expertise with other engineers and develop efficient customer solutions.

• Maintained strong working knowledge of pre-release products and took ownership of product improvement in key product areas
