Conference Technology Specialist
• Setup/troubleshoot all video conferences, audio conferences and prepare all PowerPoint presentations for all conference rooms in the New York City office on a daily basis.
• Run routine maintenance on all audio and video conference equipment and work with local repair vendors if needed.
• Senior technical point of contact for events and meetings involving clients and internal departments such as client seminars, VIP visitors including the firm’s management team.
• Perform any IT related services that are requested in the firms conference rooms. Install printers, docking stations, network connectivity services as well as getting any guests setup on the firms WiFi connection.
