Owned and delivered critical product systems for Hyperscape XR, including capture management and user workflows. Architected a resilient upload lifecycle system (resumable, queue-based, fault-tolerant).

Drove major memory and performance improvements -- eliminated OOM crashes, optimized thumbnail loading through caching, concurrency control, and async processing.

Rearchitected app startup into a unified async initialization system, reducing complexity and improving load times.

Led the Unity 6 LTS migration, resolving engine-level regressions across rendering, media, and XR subsystems.
