Manage all worldwide strategic and on-going operational aspects of the company transformation for the organization, processes, systems and technology tools in Human Resources.
• Led the successful implementation of new global cloud core Strategic HRIS and LMS systems: SuccessFactors, Brainier, ADP, BenefitFocus, iCHRIS and Kronos. Drove initiative from the Business Case, RFP, and Systems Selection to implementation and transition to steady state in production, managing the budget and the plan, and coordinating activities between HR, IT and vendors.
• Active participation and key contribution providing experience and subject matter expertise in process design, functional and report design, vendor feeds integrations, system interfaces, controls, security and access, users training and stake-holders adoption. Implemented on time, in scope and within multimillion dollar budget.
• Annually ran compensation cycles in legacy system, managing enhancements and plan changes, interacting with HR partners and managers. When migrating to the new HR system, worked with the Compensation and Business Transformation Teams in defining the company organization and job structure, implementing pay scales, management hierarchy, and compensation plans (bonus and annual increase).
• Leading the enablement and promotion of business social and collaboration tools like Microsoft365 to maximize employee engagement, effectiveness, productivity, and enhanced employee experience, expanding the digital presence to the front-line workers.
