Developed RESTful web services for VIP( Verizon Integration Platform). All internal(stores, dotcom, IVR etc) and external(Apple, Bestbuy, Target, Amazon etc) VZW's clients call these web service hosted on VIP to do order processing.

Roles and responsibilities includes

1. Gather requirements from business and create TDDs.

2. Design and develop schema using XMLSpy.

3. Create JAXB objects from schema using Jersey framework.

4. Develop new and enhanced existing web services using Java, Spring Framework, MQ, JPA, Jersey, JUnit etc.

5. Testing web services using soupUI.

6. Supporting APIs after producation release and working on defects using HP QC.

7. Managing the code using Accurev.

8. Leading and coordinating onshore and offshore resources.

Designed a few web applications related to the warranty and the repairs of vehicles for Dealers and Home-Office use as an IT Consultant for Mercedes-Benz.

Roles and responsibilities includes

1. Interaction with the users to gather and document the requirements.

2. Providing documented solutions to the users for their requirements.

3. Designing and programming the Web-Applications as per the requirements using Java, JSP, Spring Framework, Web Services, JAXB, XML, HTML, CSS, JQuery, Ajax, Javascript, Adobe Flex, Actionscript, etc.

4. Calling RPC's or Stored Procedures for getting the back end data.

5. Managing the code using CVS.

6. Reviewing and Integrating the source-code from the team members and providing them feedback.

7. Deploying the application for test and quality analysis.
