Creating systems that make grocery shopping faster, clearer, and delightfully intuitive—no matter the surface: Dash Carts, mobile, shelf, or checkout.

Product Designer (Benchmark and Analytics)

• Streamlined over 600 big data warehouse pipelines into cohesive modules within the design system, unifying a fragmented ecosystem of 8+ tools to improve data accessibility.

• Prototype for tech demos and iterate design solutions to adapt to strategic pivots, visioning with 60+ cross-functional members, including data engineers, program specialists, and operational teams of Amazon operation functions.

• Launched Google Cloud Marketplace highest-priced tier service for over 100k users in January 2023—representing a 100% increase from 2022 as the sole designer on the team.

• Identify developer task flows and conduct usability testing to increase core hours usage and reduce time-to-deploy metrics.

• Simplify complex user workflows for non-technical users, allowing them to make the Freemium to Paid Transition.

• Revamped the buyer console UX with the business goal of increasing checkout conversions.

• Designed new checkout patterns that target the top 3 user abandonment risks
