Credit Platform is a Lending and risk for management platform. CITI is currently using three applications for documenting Credit Approvals and monitoring the collateral adequacy in the business of Private Banking across US/LATAM, EMEA and APAC. These applications have been developed over a period of time by the respective regions keeping in view the region specific business requirements. It has been the endeavour of Citi to rationalize these applications considering that they are serving similar need for the same Line of Business. It has been decided that Citi should work towards a single application serving the needs of all the three Regions. CA applications are underwriting loans and collateral.
Credit Platform application is a private banking application catering to high net worth individuals mainly to their investment needs through margin lending for US / Latam Region. The application handles Credit Approval process, Collateral Monitoring process and then Margin calculations to trigger client if there is any Under Margin.

Mahindra Satyam has a long-term relationship with Bank of Nova Scotia and has formed an ODC (Offshore Development Center) in Hyderabad, India to provide IT Services.
Term Lending System (TLS) is the core application product of Scotia bank business on par with Mortgage loan processing, it’s an Intralink application. TLS functions outlay Pre-Fund and Post-Fund activities of the loan. Pre-fund activity occupies loan approval and funding whereas Post-fund engages all the loan maintenance activities.

Scotiabank is developing mobile banking system to cater the needs of the customers. Scotiabank Mobile Banking project allows its customers to perform financial and non-financial transactions via mobile devices. Customers can perform transactions using a web enabled mobile device or download the banks mobile application. Customers also have an option to use SMS messages for limited banking inquires through their mobile device.
Scotiabank Mobile Banking gives the customer, convenience of banking virtually any time, anywhere. It can be used to pay bills, transfer money, balances and activity, find a ABM or Branch and get Customer Service on the cell phone.
Mobile Banking channel will allow customers to view and/or process their Scotiabank accounts and financial transactions (depending on mobile service used) through a mobile phone. Since this channel will be new, customers would be required to register for the service before they can access this new functionality. Customers should be able to register for this channel through the Contact Centre, Branch, ScotiaOnline, Iphone/Itouch, and WAP. If a customer has an issue with their mobile banking, they are welcome to call the contact centre or visit a branch for maintenance.

Project Description:
The Bank of Nova Scotia uses IVR systems in all domestic and international customer oriented banking operations as well as in internal applications for its employees in multiple languages. All the IVR applications of the bank are migrating from IBM Direct Talk to Voice Genie (VG7), in a phased manner. During the migration, some applications also have functional enhancements. Current project is to the test the applications on the new Voice Genie platform.
