Consolidated 85% of demand from 264 different queues into 33 queues to reduce operational workload
Identified the opportunity and executed on transitioning from cross skilling to single skilling reviewers for the integrity space to provide efficiencies in total review time that led to a 30% increase in supply demand matching
Developed a prioritization model and demand management solution to remediate escalations and absorb unforeseen demand spikes
Built the strategy for and began executing on a performance management system to evaluate metrics through automated scorecards and automated alerts
